Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program for moms and babies! Our classes aims to help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life!
We are currently meeting at Manhattan Park in East Grand Rapids - a great place to exercise and have fun with your little one! Classes meet Monday-Friday at 9:30am. There is also a 6-Week Evening Session starting Tuesday September 18 at 6:00pm!
